A creek runs through the property. It is very clean and has small fish, frogs and other water life. The grounds are accessible off the highway by a small country road that ends where the property is. It is very secluded. There are a number of fruit-bearing trees (pears, quince and apples), a livestock corral,a shop, garage, garden shed and a one-acre garden plot, which we intend to expand by tilling and cultivating an additional one or two adjacent acres. We have already planted 20 more fruit trees such as peaches and plums. The weather is temperate, with a growing season of nine months. There are several springs on the property that provide water for irrigation and washing. A deep well provides abundant drinking water. |
