The partially-wooded parcel contains a 4 bedroom house that was built in 1942. The house has been totally remodeled in the last two years which also included better insulation.

There is an excellent shop that we are working on to gather tools and equipment for. It is also insulated with a wood stove to heat it. We plan on making several work areas in there such as crafts, sewing, woodworking, leatherworking among others..

There is also a garden shed to store our seeds and equipment in. There is a garage which the floor still has to be finished in which we hope to accomplish soon..

We hope soon to start construction of other needed facilities as funding becomes available.
